Lis Reed
Veteran and Recruiter
Lis was raised in Atlanta, GA. She is an Annapolis graduate and former Naval Aviator. Lis transitioned off of active duty and into the workforce in 2012. She is a recruiter at Google by day and spends her time helping individuals find jobs. By night, she is passionate about working with veterans on their job search to help them find and land their dream roles post-military.
Lis earned her MBA at The University of Texas McCombs School of Business in Austin where she was an active member of the McCombs Admissions Committee. She also has a wide breadth of experience in the technology sector: operations experience in supply chain and fraud prevention at Apple, program management and sales at Dell, and most recently, industry recruiting at Google.
Lis has personally worked with over 350 individuals on their resumes and career development strategies. She has also led career transition seminars for a variety of top MBA programs and businesses around the country, including the Next Step Program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and also at Google.
